By the way I have to say that I wanted to let you know, you guys at LJ Hooker are very proficient and helpful, both myself and Mike would like to take the time to say that we are very impressed with everyone that we come into contact with there, you have all been very accommodating and friendly.

Special thanks to the reception girls who are always pleasant and friendly when we bring in the rent and yourself who deals with anything we have in relation to maintenance and other queries, you have been very sufficient and on the ball. Its a pleasure to deal with your team and staff.

I would also like to say that Shane Rohsburn has been extremely helpful he was fantastic with friends of ours who also rent through you guys now. He took time to help us get them close to us, he was a great help and we appreciated everything that he has done for us. I was so impressed that he genuinely wanted to help.

If you can pass on our gratitude to all staff members and higher management it will be appreciated.
