Perth City Residential Specialists Take Home WA’s Top Honours

Three of LJ Hooker City Residential’s specialists have taken out the real estate network’s top individual awards at its annual Western Australia gala, held at Crown in Perth.

Sales Executive Brendan Smith was crowned LJ Hooker’s Top Salesperson throughout WA for both the Number of Properties Sold and the Value of Properties Transacted.

While LJ Hooker City Residential CEO Rebecca Halton was presented the Top Department Manager - Property Investment Management award; and Investor Relationship Manager Tuscany Euphemie was named Best New Talent.

These awards recognise the LJ Hooker specialists that have achieved the best results over the last 12 months.

LJ Hooker WA State Director Andrew Friebe congratulated the Perth-based team on their individual achievements.

“Rebecca, Brendan and Tuscany have demonstrated outstanding commitment to finding fit for their clients, which is a shining example of leadership and determination.  

“The Perth property market has experienced declines over the last year; however, each of them has successfully guided their customers in a changing real estate landscape.

“Rebecca, Brendan and Tuscany are members of one of the most accomplished agencies in our group and the recognition is well deserved,” Mr Friebe concluded.

Speaking on the win, Mrs Halton said she was thrilled about the recognition and congratulated her team members.
